John 3: 16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Let’s go on the underground,
To see dear old London of which we are proud,
There’s all sorts of places and all sorts of races,
In old London town.

Piccadilly, Eros in the middle,
A fellow on the corner playing on his fiddle,
Once there were flower girls with baskets on their arms,
Now it’s all the lasses showing off their charms.

Oxford Circus so exciting, Soho even more inviting,
Oxford Street all shops alight, carries on into the night,
Hyde Park corner people speaking,
In the background children screaming.

Old St. Paul’s not far from the Strand,
There’re two lovers hand in hand,
Nelson in Trafalgar Square,
Folks are flitting here and there.

Further down at the palace,
Where Christopher Robin went down with Alice,
Seen the changing of the guard,
A soldier’s life is terrible hard.

Think that’s all for just one day,
Have loads of time tomorrow,
Then back on the underground,
To Convent Garden smiles and sorrows.
