John 3: 16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Dreams in the subconscious, realms of pure delight,
Seeing ones you love through your sleep at night,
Different sort of settings lack time that they appear,
Just to remind us year after year,
That we are not forgotten although they’re far away,
Then they will have the blessing when we meet again one day.

But for a while there is a picture in our minds,
It’s wonderful to see them and helps you to unwind,
And yet you cannot touch them,
So in your eye a tear,
Then as quickly as they came,
They seem to disappear.

For a fleeting moment your love’s within your sight,
So near but oh so far in dreams within the night,
So when we’re both together walking heaven’s streets,                                                                      Catching up on the gossip who folk again we meet,
Or perhaps sit on a cloud and play upon our harps,
No pain, no sorrow, a bright tomorrow, yet not too quick or sharp.
