I went into the toilet,
In the middle of the park,
Went to the door and it was locked,
Good job it wasn’t dark.
I pulled and tugged with all my might.
And thought I would be there most of the night,
And so in desperation I gave a great big shout.
Help I called I’m stuck in here Is no one out there that is near.
I bruised my hand as I bashed on the door,
And thought I would have to sleep on the floor,
I started to sweat and took of my coat,
Know how it would feel if I was a goat.
All penned in and couldn’t escape,
Thought that was to be my kind of fate,
I called and called as loud as I could,
And hoped someone was behind that wood.
Then all of a sudden I heard a man’s voice,
And deep inside I began to rejoice as I turned a man I saw,
Tell me young man am I at the wrong door, He said yes,
This is the way out breathed in the air and inside gave a shout.
I looked at the green grass and all of the trees,
And wanted to go down to God on my knees,
To thank him for folk who came to my help,
When trapped in the loo and started to yell.
