Linda and Larsa from Romania,
Came to speak about children so sweet,
Who didn’t have a mummy or daddy,
And hardly any shoes on their feet,
They applied to the Romanian government,
To get four acres of land.
Then finally got what they wanted,
As that was part of God’s plan,
Slowly they built the home,
Where children were to stay,
And then another one was built,
Upon another day.
They now have six,
They’re all full up,
With children who get special love,
From house parents and from the one above,
They said how children needed to be secure,
Before kids came near them they had to be sure.
Then one little lad who was pleased as can be,
Looked up at Linda and said will you love me,
The distress that they have we don’t understand,
But God’s in all this there in the palm of his hand,
Twenty five children in each little home,
Because they’re so loved they don’t want to roam.
The missionary’s called Momma Linda who loves them so much,
The reason being she has got God’s tender touch,
They’re called God’s angels and their little limbs,
So precious in front of their eyes,
When their little lambs do recover and find they are loved,
It comes as quite a surprise.
